Walk into any place of employment and you’re likely to see Traditionalists, now in their seventies, and boomers, now in their fifties and sixties, working alongside Gen Xers and Millennials. Each generation brings their own uniqueness to the table and each generation has different expectations of their employer and the work environment. Traditionalists prefer a conservative environment, Baby Boomers prefer a warm, friendly environment, and Gen Xers prefer a positive and fun environment while Millennials prefer a highly creative, collaborative environment.
