Your Employees Now Have an Opportunity to Enroll in Voluntary Benefits!

Even the best medical coverage can leave your employees with high out-of-pocket costs. Enter MetLife Voluntary Benefits, a valuable way to prepare for life’s “what-ifs” by providing extra money when your employees need it most. Voluntary Benefits enrollment is now available for the 2018 Annual Open Enrollment period for all eligible employees. The coverage effective date is June 1.

What’s New for 2018
Voluntary Term Life:
Through ADP TotalSource, employees can now enroll in Voluntary Term Life Insurance coverage with a guaranteed benefit up to $100,000 to help them protect their loved ones in the event of their passing. Select coverage up to $500,000 is also available with medical underwriting completion.

Voluntary Short-Term Disability:
Your employees can now purchase Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance with a guaranteed monthly benefit income up to 60% of their salary to help recover from an accident, illness, or even the birth of a baby.

Additional Benefits:
Additional Voluntary Benefits are available to your eligible employees at a discounted group rate. These great benefits include Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness Accident Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) and Legal Services.

  1. Log in to ADP TotalSource
  2. When there, select Myself > Benefits >Enrollments
  3. Call a MyLife Advisor at (844) 448-0325 or email MyLifeAdvisor@adp.com
