Verification of Employment Self-Service model

Through the self-service model, the client can obtain a VOE instantly - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The self-service tool is a convenient, secure and user-friendly resource accessible online through ADP TotalSource.

New Jersey bans hairstyle discrimination

Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave program preparation

Massachusetts has passed a law that, over a period of five years, will: (1) raise the minimum wage to $15 per hour; (2) mandate paid family and medical leave for Massachusetts employees; and (3) phase out Sunday and holiday premium pay for retail employees.

Alabama enacts Equal Pay law

Alabama has enacted legislation (House Bill 225) that prohibits pay discrimination based on sex and race, as well as retaliation against applicants who refuse to disclose their pay history. House Bill 225 took effect on Sept. 1, 2019.

DOL publishes final rule on "Regular Rate of Pay" for overtime purposes

OSHA 300A Summary Must be Posted in Workplace February 1 through April 30, 2020

OSHA’s Recordkeeping Standard, 29 CFR 1904, requires that certain employers maintain annual records of workplace injuries and illnesses. Records of workplace injuries and illnesses are maintained throughout the calendar year on the OSHA Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses (300 Log) and are summarized on the OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work Related Injuries and Illnesses (300A Summary) at the end of each calendar year. 

The 300A Summary is required to be posted in the workplace every February 1 through April 30 to show records from the previous years’ injuries and illnesses even if no work related injuries or illnesses occurred during the previous year.
