The Department of Labor (DOL) has published final Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations that are effective December 1, 2016. As a service to our clients, we have created a toolkit to help you prepare for the effective date of the regulations. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued a final rule that will require covered employers to electronically report work-related injuries and illnesses and requires all employers to develop and inform employees of injury and illness reporting policies.

Beginning this July, the ADP TotalSource® Retirement Savings Plan is going green! Participants will begin receiving their quarterly statements online by logging into their accounts and visiting the "Statements and Documents" section.
