When the new president is sworn in on January 20, 2017, on the steps of the U.S. Capitol, the Oval Office will have a new occupant. There will also be new faces in Congress and some government compliance policies are likely to change. That begs the question – so what does this mean for you and your company?

To prepare you for the upcoming Open Enrollment season and to provide you with valuable data to form your benefits strategy, we recently gave you the opportunity to participate in the Organizational Fitness Survey during which you may have elected to have your employees take part in the Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey. 

If you chose to participate in this survey, please note that the survey closed on October 28^th  2016.  

If you have elected to gather feedback from your employees via the Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey you should have received an email from your HR Business Partner on October 10, 2016 with instructions and a unique link for your company to access the survey. This survey will only be available until October 28. 

If you have not elected to take the taken the Organizational Fitness Survey and/or have not elected to have your employees receive the Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey, you will have another opportunity to participate in January 2017.  

The Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey launches the week of October 10, 2016.  If you have elected to have your employees take part in this survey, you will receive an email with instructions and a unique survey link the week of October 10, 2016.
